Boss FZ-2 Hyper Fuzz
The Boss FZ-2 Hyper Fuzz has a pretty interesting and complex circuit compared with most popular fuzz pedals. While it seems to be mostly known as a heavy doom metal fuzz it’s actually a very versatile pedal owing to the active EQ, two fuzz modes, and clean boost mode.
No one sells a PCB that is a 100% clone of the original so I decided to do it. I even kept the Boss standard buffers and flip flop switching on the PCB. With all that the board still fits in a 125B enclosure and can work on jellybean components!
